FILE 0041 — THE ITEMS — PASSPORT

MATERIAL

A passport is typically made from a booklet that contains a cover and inner pages. The cover is usually made from a durable material, such as leather or a synthetic material like polypropylene. The inner pages of a passport are made from paper or a similar material, and they may contain watermarks or other security features to help prevent counterfeiting. Additionally, some passports may have embedded chips or other electronic components to store biometric data or other information.

USES

We use these in a really flippin’ weird way - They somewhat segregate us, sorting people into pockets of us and them, they dictate the nation to which we supposedly belong and are supposed to provide freedoms to travel between countries but honestly, they embody privilege and lack of in a divided world.
